Visa-free entrance in Bulgaria to begin for Turks having green passport

EDIRNE (A.A) - February 15, 2012 - Turkish citizens having green passport will be able to enter Bulgaria without visa as of March 2. Kapıkule border gate's directorate stated on Wednesday that Bulgaria would lift visa procedures for Turkish citizens, who had green passport, as of March 2, 2012. Turks having green passport will be able to enter Bulgaria without any procedures as of March 2, added the directorate. The number of countries allowing Turkish citizens to pass border without visa is 71. Turkish citizens having regular passport are allowed to enter 60 countries without visa, while they can buy visa on border gates in 11 countries.
