Growing Enthusiasm for Supporting Rural Areas

Pyongyang, June 5 (KCNA) -- Officials, working people and inhabitants in different parts of the DPRK went to farms to help farmers in their work including the irrigation in dry fields, the cultivation of early crops and rice transplanting from late March to late May.

Ministries and national institutions have mobilized a lot of manpower every day from late March to help farm work according to the farming processes and sent a lot of aid materials to relevant farms.

South Hwanghae Province is steadily raising the enthusiasm of the masses to turn out in the work for helping the rural communities while rationally allocating helpers and directing efforts to supplying materials to the rural communities.

Many working people in North Phyongan Province, together with agricultural workers, are working hard at farms in a responsible manner.

South Phyongan, North and South Hamgyong provinces and Nampho Municipality have also rendered positive assistance to the rural areas to make the whole country seethe with the enthusiasm for assisting the rural areas.

Enthusiasm for supporting farms among officials of ministries and national institutions and officials and working people in all provinces is growing stronger day by day. -0-
