Head of Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan visits China - Eurasia EXPO in Urumqi

Bishkek, Aug. 17, 2023 / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov, as part of his working trip to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, visited the exhibition ""China-Eurasia: Commodity and Trade EXPO 2023", the press service of the Cabinet reported.

During his visit to the exhibition, the head of the Cabinet got acquainted with the wide range of goods and innovative developments presented at it in various sectors of the national economy, including engineering, energy, ecology, industrial equipment, construction technologies, electrical engineering, agriculture, and the food industry, healthcare and medical technology.

At the end, Zhaparov also visited the pavilion of Kyrgyzstan, where domestic products are presented.

EXPO China-Eurasia: goods and trade 2023", aimed at deepening cooperation between Asia and Europe, is being held in the city of Urumqi (XUAR) from August 17 to 21.

This time the main theme is trade promotion. In total, today more than 1.3 thousand companies take part in the exhibition, including 25 of the TOP-500 leading companies in the world.

The exhibition has been held in China since 2015, after it was held in 2017-2021. More than 3.7 thousand companies from 46 countries and regions of the world took part in them.
