Kyrgyzstan, Iran discuss resumption of direct flights between countries

Bishkek, May 13, 2023. / Kabar /. First Deputy Governor of Osh Oblast of Kyrgyzstan Uristem Manapov discussed with Deputy Governor of Khorasan-Razavi Province of Iran Abolfazl Chamandi the resumption of direct flights between the two countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The sides also discussed the prospects for trade, economic and cultural cooperation between the two regions, as well as the development of tourism.

Following the meeting, Manapov invited his Iranian counterpart to visit Osh Oblast and take part in the Osh-Expo 2023 exhibition and business forum, which will be held in September this year in Osh city.
