116 asymptomatic patients placed in home isolation

Bishkek, June 17, 2020 / Kabar /. Deputy Minister of Health Nurbolot Usenbaev, at his daily online briefing spoke about the condition of patients receiving treatment from COVID-19.
He said that at the moment there are 631 people in hospitals. 33 patients are in serious condition, of which 6 are in intensive care.
116 patients, according to the new algorithm of actions to combat coronavirus, were placed in home isolation. On Tuesday Kyrgyzstan’s republican headquarters changed the algorithm of work and took a decision to observe asymptomatic COVID-19 patients in home isolation.
The total number of confirmed cases in the country is 2562. To date, 1901 patients have been discharged with repeated negative test results. 30 have died.
Also, according to him, 10 thousand 664 people are under medical supervision at home quarantine, and 1 thousand 160 people are under observation in the republic.
“The epidemiological situation remains extremely tense. The ministry is developing new algorithms. The whole complex of anti-epidemiological measures is preserved and the requirements for the implementation of sanitary and epidemiological measures remain,” Usenbaev said.
