23 Kyrgyz citizens abroad test positive for COVID-19, 2 of them recovered

Bishkek, Apr.9, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Apr. 9, coronavirus infection was revealed in 23 Kyrgyzstanis abroad, First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Nuran Niyazaliyev said at a news briefing.
Among them, 3 Kyrgyz citizens are located in the UAE, one of whom has recovered and discharged from hospital, 7 are in Pakistan, 1 Kyrgyzstani is located in India, 1 in Spain, one of 4 Kyrgyz citizens in Malaysia has cured and discharged from hospital.
Niyazaliyev added on Apr.6 Kyrgyz cargo carriers have arrived from Kazakhstan, and are undergoing surveillance.
"In addition, on the same day 17 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have arrived on charter flight from Russia. First rapid test of 7 of them showed positive results. They are under observation.
In addition, 8 Kyrgyz citizens are suspected of having coronavirus. They are under surveillance at home," he said.
