6280 people had contacts with COVID-19 patients, 2175 people are under observation in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 20, 2020 / Kabar/. All newly detected cases of coronavirus infection in the country are contact persons, Deputy Health Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nurbolot Usenbaev told on Wednesday.
He said that 6 thousand 280 people who had contacts with patients with COVID-19 are currently in home quarantine in the country. “They are all under medical supervision. Also there are 2 thousand 175 compatriots under observation who returned from abroad. All of them undergo laboratory tests,” said Usenbaev.
In total 1270 cases have been registered in the country since the outbreak of the virus in Kyrgyzstan. 910 of them have been recovered, while 14 have passed away.
