95 new COVID - 19 cases reported in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 18, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan’s COVID - 19 cases increased by 95 on Thursday, as the total cases climbed to 2657.
The country’s Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbaev told a news briefing that among the newly infected 14 are medical workers, bringing the total number of contracted medical workers to 509, including 373 recoveries.
Of the new confirmed cases, 57 cases were identified among the contact persons, 36 are unknown sources and 4 are imported cases.
Usenbaev reported one new virus related death, raising the total number of fatalities to 31.
32 were recovered and discharged from hospitals in the past day, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1933.
Currently, 693 people remained hospitalized, and 6 patients are in intensive care.
In addition, 1569 people who have had contact with infected patients are under medical observation and another 11217 people are in home quarantine under the supervision of doctors.
3808 laboratory tests were carried out in the country past day.
