Almost 1,300 people cured of COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 4, 2020. /Kabar/. Throughout Kyrgyzstan, 27 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals in the past, Chief Sanitary Doctor and Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a news briefing. "All their repeated tests showed negative results. A total of 1,292 citizens across the country have been cured of COVID-19, and they have all been sent home," Usenbayev said. Kyrgyzstan on Thursday confirmed 28 new COVID-19 cases, raising its total number of infections to 1899. There are currently 587 patients in hospitals with confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, 3 are in the intensive care unit.
