Everyone in Kyrgyzstan to be able to take rapid tests for coronavirus soon

Soon everyone will be able to take rapid tests for COVID-19 coronavirus, Deputy Chief of the Operational Headquarters of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan Kasymbek Mambetaliyev said during a briefing. According to him, a total of 9 thousand 128 tests were conducted. Of these, 884 rapid tests were carried out in a day. "Soon the Ministry of Health will launch the mechanism, and citizens will be able to independently check and take the tests. We are now addressing legal issues, and soon, in private medical laboratories, anyone willing to undergo such tests can do it at their own expense," Mambetaliyev said. Kyrgyzstan has recorded four more cases of coronavirus infection. In total, 111 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the republic. There are 52 men and 59 women, as well 11 citizens under 15 years old, two of whom under one year old and 31 elderly citizens among those infected. Three citizens have recovered and discharged from hospitals.
