FIFA President Infantino wants to visit Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct.17, 2019. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan’s Football Federation Kanatbek Mamatov met with Giovanni Infantino, President of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), the press service of the Kyrgyz Federation reported. Mamatov and Infantino discussed a number of work issues and opportunities for further cooperation. “Infantino noted the progress in the development of Kyrgyz football and expressed his desire to visit our country in the near future,” the Federation’s press service said. Later, Mamatov talked to former French midfielder, and now Head of the FIFA Foundation, which runs for social programs Youri Djorkaeff, and expressed his desire to revive the FIFA Legends Programme, resuming the arrival of world football stars in Kyrgyzstan.
