FOURTEEN ENTITIES AT RE-PLANNING PROJECT

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Government’s ger (national dwelling) district re-planning project is progressing at a great pace in the capital city districts. At this moment, fourteen construction companies are involved in the re-planning in Chingeltei, Sukhbaatar, Bayanzurkh and Songinokhairkhan districts to give the new apartments replacing old ger districts into service next year, officials say. So far, some 186 thousand households in ger districts have requested to free their lands in order to get involved in the ongoing re-planning. Responding to this, the authorities give related information on how to get involved in this ger district housing project. The organizers have created a website that receives applications from ger district residents and enables them to track online their applications and complaints. The website also gives an instant reply to the requests.
