Immortal Regiment march to be held in Kyrgyzstan on Victory Day

Bishkek, Feb.25, 2020. /Kabar/. The Immortal Regiment will take place in Kyrgyzstan on Victory Day, the press service of the Bishkek City Council said on Tuesday. Members of the working committee on holding the Immortal Regiment discussed organizational issues, focused on the event's program and identified responsibility for each member of the committee involved. The working committee developed and approved the Action Plan to prepare the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Immortal Regiment campaign. The route of the Immortal Regiment march, to be held on May 9, 2020, has been determined. Note that the Immortal Regiment march is a large-scale international action, held annually by 9 May - Victory Day and is dedicated to the memory of veterans and participants of the Great Patriotic War. "The campaign is attended by everyone who cares about the memory of the war and the immortal feats of Soviet soldiers, to join us and sneak a portrait of his father, grandfather, another relative who stood for the defense of the Fatherland during the Great Patriotic War in the ranks of the Immortal Regiment,” the report says.
