Ivi Adamou: We worked hard for the finals

Azerbaijan, Baku, May 23 /Trend/ The team worked hard to be able to go to the finals of the contest, Ivi Adamou of Cyprus said at the at the press conference after the voting of the first Semi-Finals of Eurovision-2012, Trend reported. Adamou added that she hopes to continue her career as a singer. She first rose to recognition in Greece and Cyprus following her participation in the second season of the Greek version of The X Factor, where she was under the mentorship of Giorgos Theofanous. In the Finals, Cyprus will perform under #8. Moments ago first Semi-Final of the Eurovision-2012 song contest has finished. The participants from Romania (Mandinga), Moldova (Pasha Perfeny), Iceland (Greta Salome & Jonsi), Hungary (Compact Disco), Denmark (Soluna Samay), Albania (Rona Nishliu), Cyprus (Ivi Adamou), Greece (Eleftheria Eleftheriou), Russia (Buranovskie Babushki), Ireland (Jedward) reached the final following the first semifinal of Eurovision-2012 song contest in Baku today. As a result of the voting, Eurovision participants from Montenegro, Latvia, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Israel, San Marino, Austria left the contest. The second semi-final will be held on May 24 and the grand final on May 26. Eighteen more countries will participate in the second Semi-Final of the contest on May 24. Do you have any feedback?
