Kyrgyz Cuisine Week in India

Bishkek, Oct.14, 2019. /Kabar/. On Sunday, Oct.13, 2019 Hyatt Regency-Gurugram Hotel in New Delhi hosted the opening of the Kyrgyz Cuisine Week, the press service of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in India reported. The cultural and tourist event was organized by the Kyrgyz Embassy in India with the assistance of the CD Foundation and the Hyatt Regency-Gurugram Hotel. Bishkek chefs Ulan Baisyrakhmanov and Mukhtar Battalgazy uulu presented to Indian guests exquisite Kyrgyz cuisine from products brought from Kyrgyzstan. Visitors and guests especially like bean and lentil soups, eggplant salads and grilled vegetables. Specialty dishes such as kuurdak, oromo, dymlyama, etc. are always a success. An evening of design works, presented by fashion designer from Kyrgyzstan Samanchiyeva, will be held today, on Oct.14, 2019 as part of the Week.
