Kyrgyzstan to evacuate its 211 citizens from Istanbul

Bishkek, Apr. 17, 2020 / Kabar /. 211 citizens of Kyrgyzstan will arrive today in Bishkek from Istanbul, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported. “This flight was organized in cooperation with the Turkish side as part of the evacuation of Turkish citizens located in Kyrgyzstan,” the Foreign Ministry said. The ministry recalls that yesterday, April 16, 2020, a videoconference was held between the foreign ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Turkey, during which the foreign ministers of the two countries discussed the organization of charter flights for the mutual evacuation of citizens of both countries.
