Kyrgyzstan to lift restriction on visits to religious institutions

Bishkek, June 4, 2020. /Kabar/. Restrictions on visits to religious institutions - mosques, churches and prayer rooms - will be lifted in Kyrgyzstan from June 8, 2020. Such a decision was taken at a meeting of the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus after consultations with representatives of the Muftiyat and other religious institutions in the country. An algorithm of checks and control over compliance with the sanitary measures should be provided: wearing masks, measuring the temperature at the entrance, observance of social distance by visitors. The Republican Headquarters recalls that quarantine continues to operate in the country, so it is important that citizens observe sanitary standards, including masks in public places.
