Kyrgyzstan reports 43 new COVID-19 cases, 1313 in total

21/05/20 10:18 HEALTH0 Bishkek, May 21, 2020 / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's health authorities announced on Thursday that COVID-19 infections in the country now stand at 1313, with 43 new cases. Among the newly infected, 4 are medical workers, raising the total number of medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19 to 270, the country's deputy health minister Nurbolot Usenbaev told a regular news briefing. He said that the number of recovered cases increased to 929 with 19 new recoveries in the last 24 hours. To date, 370 patients have been treated in hospitals throughout the country, with 5 in intensive care. In total, 1902 people who have had contact with infected patients are under medical observation.
