Kyrgyzstan takes part in World Turkic Medical Congress in Istanbul

Bishkek, Oct.31, 2019. /Kabar/. Delegation form Kyrgyzstan, headed by Health Minister Kosmosbek Cholponbayev, is taking part in the 6th World Turkic Medical Congress and the HIMSS Eurasia Health IT Conference in Istanbul. The press service of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry reported that the delegation is also represented by representatives of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communication, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the Center for e-Health under the Ministry of Health, the coordinators of health care in oblasts and Bishkek. In the course of the above events, the Kyrgyz delegation will familiarize with and gain practical skills in the implementation of e-health, the creation of a national database of medicines, as well as a system for tracking medicines from manufacturer to end user. The Congress is organized by the Ministry of Health of Turkey under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
