Number of people recovered from coronavirus totalled 437 in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 29, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, 21 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals in the past day, Head of the Health Ministry's Public Health Department Ainura Akmatova said at a briefing at the Government House. According to her data, 9 patients have cured in the capital city of Bishkek, 3 in the city of Osh, 1 in Osh Oblast, 3 in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast and 5 people in Naryn Oblast. "All their repeated tests showed negative results; they have been sent home. A total of 437 citizens have been cured of COVID-19 all over the country", Akmatova said. As of Apr. 29, Kyrgyzstan reported 21 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number to 729, including 191 cases among medical workers. Currently, 281 patients are in hospitals in Kyrgyzstan with coronavirus infection. 10 patients are in serious condition in hospitals, 4 of them are in intensive care. 8 people have died.
