'Our Common Victory' exhibition opens in Belarusian capital

Bishkek, June 19, 2020. /Kabar/. A "Our Common Victory" exhibition has been prepared in Belarus to mark the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War in Minsk hosted the opening ceremony. According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, the event was organized on the initiative of permanent plenipotentiary representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan under the charter and other CIS (Commonwealth of Independence States) bodies. The exposition, which tells about the contribution of all CIS countries to the Great Victory, was prepared with the assistance of the Belarusian Museum, where the exhibition is held, and the Brest Hero Fortress Memorial Complex. CIS has declared 2020 the Yeat of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
