Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan donates technical equipment to Ministry of Justice

Bishkek, Feb. 13, 2020 / Kabar /. Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan donated technical equipment to the Center for Coordination of State-Guaranteed Legal Assistance under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Ministry’s press service reported that the foundation donated the office equipment in the form of personal computers with a full Windows software package, CANON multifunction printers and other accessories. Deputy Minister of Justice Marat Kanulkulov thanked the representatives of the Soros Foundation Nuriana Kartanbaeva and Takhmina Ashuralieva for the assistance provided and noted that the Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan is a reliable and constant partner of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. Thefoundation also provides expert and consulting assistance, the result of which is the successful implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State-Guaranteed Legal Assistance,” informing the public and expanding citizens' access to legal assistance.
