Turkic world photographers to meet in Kyrgyzstan’s Osh

Osh, Oct.4, 2019. /Kabar/. Thursday, Oct. 3 the international airport of Osh hosted a welcoming ceremony of greeting photographers from Turkic-speaking countries. Photographers will take part in the XVI meeting of photographers of the Turkic world, which also includes holding a photo exhibition. The welcoming ceremony was attended by specialists of the social development department of Osh Mayor’s Office and the Committee on Youth Affairs. Note that as part of the celebrations for the Day of Osh, a solemn concert, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of famous Turkish folk poet and singer Âşık Veysel will take place on Oct.4. The festive event will be attended by singers, creative teams and artists from Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. In addition, on Oct. 7 the Sulayman-Mountain historical and archaeological museum complex will host an photo exhibition for the XVI meeting of photographers of the Turkic world. The exhibition will be attended by photographers from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, North Cyprus, Bashkortostan (Russia), Kabardino-Balkaria (Russia) and Kyrgyzstan. These events are held within the framework of the “Osh - Cultural Center of the Turkic World 2019” International Program.
