UAE provides humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 23, 2020 / Kabar /. The United Arab Emirates provided humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said. The plane of the national airline Etihad Airways with humanitarian aid landed at Manas International Airport on April 23, 2020. The humanitarian aid, which includes medications and personal protective equipment, will be directed at combating coronavirus in the Kyrgyz Republic. "The assistance was rendered as a result of an agreement reached following a telephone conversation between President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on April 6, 2020," report said.
