Vivat, operetta! performance in Bishkek

Bishkek, Jan.9, 2020 /Kabar/. The Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abdylas Maldybayev will host “Vivat, operetta!” performance, Elena Myagkova, head of one of the Theater’s departments said. Director Nailya Rakhmadiyeva and chief conductor, Honored Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurmatbek Polotov are initiators of the concert, to be held for the first time in many years. They prepared a new program and interesting numbers for the audience. This evening will feature popular and beloved works by Johann Strauss, Emmerich Kálmán, Franz Lehár, Isaak Dunayevsky, Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Nasyr Davlesov. People's and Honoured Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic, opera soloists and laureates of international contests will perform excerpts from operettas.
