Will Russian medicine be used to treat COVID-19, minister of health replies

Bishkek, June 22, 2020 / Kabar /. Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Sabirzhan Abdikarimov said in what case the medicine will be used to treat COVID-19. During the briefing, the minister was asked whether the Russian drug Avifavir to be used for the treatment of coronavirus. Abdikarimov replied that any medicine should pass a commission test. “Then the medicine must undergo a WHO re-qualification and must receive their opinion. After it will be used for treatment,” he said.
