BANGKOK, May 24 (TNA) – The autopsy result, jointly conducted by Thai and Chinese experts revealed Lin Hui, a giant panda on loan from China had suffered blood clots caused by old age, according to Chiang Mai Zoo.

Her old age caused her blood vessels to deteriorate and created clots in her blood vessels in several organs, contributing to her death last month. She also suffered a nosebleed, caused by a tumour on her nose’s blood vessels.

Chinese experts assessed the care provided by the zoo to Lin Hui and found that it complied with sanitary and disease control standards. (TNA)
