‘Political sulk means disregard for people’
TEHRAN, Dec. 28 (MNA) – Hossein Mozaffar, a member of the Expediency Council, said that going into a political sulk translates into disregarding the people.
He made the remarks in reference to a number of political groups’ decision to not participate in the March parliamentary elections.
Going into political sulk will also spell the death of these groups, Mozaffar stated.
Former president Mohammad Khatami has said, “Reformists cannot and should not have candidates or a list (of candidates) for the elections, but it does not mean the boycott of the election.”
