ABOUT CONSULTATION OF FOREIGN MINISTRY'S AUTHORITIES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A consultation of administrative officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was held on November 30 in the "For Peace" complex at the Defense Ministry in frames of the serial action of the cabinet called "100 days of the Cabinet for Reform". The Foreign Minister L.Bold addressed the opening, underlining that policy and activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must focus on people's interest as one of the orientated ministries of the cabinet for reform, and emphasized every Mongolian citizen must be an ambassador who represent their motherland. He said it is vital to support the "people's diplomacy" which plays an important role at present time. At the consultation, some reports were delivered on the policy of foreign policy maintained by the cabinet for reform, its implementation works, a legal reform in the external relations sector, and a preparation for the forthcoming 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD). The consultation brought together Ambassadors-at-Large, administrative officials of the Foreign Ministry, an advisor to the Foreign Minister, Department directors and deputy directors, and authorities of the organizations at the Foreign Ministry.
