ADVISOR TO PRESIDENT GIVES LECTURE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ An advisor to the State Head L.Dashdorj gave last Friday a lecture titled “Realization of the budget law with civil participation”. His audience was the students, researchers and teachers of the Law School at Mongolia's State University (MSU). Mr Dashdorj talked about the 2013 budget law to come into effect on January 1 and its amendments such as a reform of local budgets and a civil participation. The he shared views with the students and teachers on activating the civil participation in the budget and agreed with them to collaborate in advertising a model rule of the civil participation, which had been worked out by the Presidential Office, and in realizing it in localities.
