Azerbaijani president expresses condolences to his Russian counterpart

Baku, Azerbaijan, July 16 Trend: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the accident in the Moscow subway. "Dear Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich, I have been deeply saddened by the news of heavy human loss in the aftermath of a crash in the Moscow metro. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deep condolences to you, the loved ones and relatives of the dead, and wish those injured a speedy recovery," President Aliyev said in his letter.
