Azerbaijani, Turkish presidents attend opening ceremony for lycée named after Heydar Aliyev in Kars

Baku, Azerbaijan, March 17 By Rufiz Hafizoglu – Trend: The presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan took part in a ceremony for opening of a technical lycée named after Heydar Aliyev in Turkey’s Kars city, TRT Haber reported. The presidents addressed the ceremony, and afterwards they cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the facility. The opening ceremony was also attended by the two countries’ officials.
