Bahrain's Foreign Minister receives Gargash

Manama: Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, yesterday received UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash. Sheikh Khalid welcomed Dr. Gargash, stressing that the visit comes in line with the keenness of the leadership of both countries on strengthening the fraternal historic relations in all fields. He referred to the close coordination between both countries on all regional and international issues of mutual interest, noting that the cooperation between the two countries stems from their faith in the unity of goals and common destiny. According to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), Sheikh Khalid extended the appreciation and thanks of His Majesty the King of Bahrain, Bahrain's government and people to the United Arab Emirates for its unwavering supportive stances, and unlimited assistance to the Kingdom of Bahrain in its efforts to safeguard and maintain its security and stability. For his part, Dr Gargash expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the cordial hospitality and reception accorded to him, stressing that UAE spares no effort to support the Kingdom at all cost.
