BIRTHS AND UNEMPLOYMENT RATES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In the first 11 months of this year, 68,327 mothers delivered 68,618 children, increasing 3,660 mothers, and 3,708 children or 5.7 per cent respectively, against the previous year. At a national level, infant mortality decreased by 26 or 2.5 per cent to 1,029 and child mortality aged 1-5 reached 230, remaining at the level of the previous year. The number of unemployed reached 40.3 thousand by the end of November 2012, reflecting an increase of 22.4 thous.people or 35.7 per cent against same period of 2011. B.Khuder
