BONDS TO BE ISSUED FOR GRANTING MONEY TO ELDERS AND DISABLED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular plenary meeting on Thursday, the parliamentary autumn session adopted a draft amendment to the law on the Human Development Fund (HDF) with 94.3 per cent votes, and a parliamentary draft resolution on authorizing the government to issue bonds in conjunction with the alteration. Accordingly, the cabinet will issue bonds in order to grant MNT 340 thousand to every pensioner and the disabled. These money are the remaining of a single-benefit allowance of MNT one million allotted from the HDF. It has been calculated that 336.5 billion is required. The same day, parliament considered as necessity to discuss draft amendments to the laws on labour, on supporting employment, on labour safety, on hygiene, on vocational training and on education.
