CABINET BACKS DRAFT LAWS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on Saturday, the cabinet discussed a draft amendment to the law on customs and draft laws on abolishing some clauses of the laws on the customs tariffs and taxes. The drafts have been worked out by a working group, led by a head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government, that is responsible for drawing up proposals on supporting employment. This was one of the works to improve a legal environment for business with goals of reducing phases and abolishing bureaucracy. Backing the drafts, the cabinet decided to submit these to the State Great Khural. If the draft laws are adopted, some obstacles facing the external trade sector will be abolished and prices of products will be kept stable. It is expected the Mongolia's competitiveness will rise at international arena as well. B.Khuder
