CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting ran on Saturday, the cabinet made a decision to set up a national committee to ensure preparation works for the 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD) to be held on April 29, 2013 in Ulaanbaatar, and for related forums. - The cabinet meeting discussed and backed in principle a draft law on the control over alcoholic beverages, which was initiated by the President Ts.Elbegdorj. - The cabinet considered as necessity to give a loan of USD 200 million to the "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" company from the Development Bank of Mongolia (DBM), and to issue a credit guarantee. - A decision was made by the cabinet to grant the Prize for Nature and Sociology of this year to the scientific work by an academician Kh.Namsrai called "Principle research on substances; and basics of background knowledge on science and technology". - A rule on starting, continuing and put into use construction works was adopted.
