Chairman Kim Jong Il to Be Remembered in Sri Lanka

Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- A Sri Lankan committee for remembering Chairman Kim Jong Il was formed in Colombo on Nov. 24 on the 7th anniversary of his demise. The chairman of the Sri Lanka-People's Korea Friendship Association was elected chairman of the remembrance committee. The committee set a remembrance period from November 24 to December 19 and decided to hold various political and cultural events in praise of Kim Jong Il's exploits in the period. -0-
