China Stresses Need To Adhere To Int’l Laws

Beijing, Dec 13, IRNA – The spokesman for Chinese Foreign Ministry on Tuesday condemned violation of Iran's airspace by Washington and underlined the need to adhere to the international laws. Liu Weimin, exclusively speaking to IRNA, said Beijing opposes threats against any world country. He reiterated that China is interested in establishment of bilateral relations on the basis of international regulations, stressing that negotiation is the only solution to international disputes. Publishing photos of the US spy drone recently downed by Iran’s Armed Forces has turned into the most important issue covered by the Chinese media. The media analyzing the drone incident have praised Iran's strength and vigilance in the region in defending its territorial integrity. They have termed it as Tehran’s new victory over Washington./end
