CONSTRUCTION MATERIALSA PRODUCTIONS TO BE SUPPORTED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet for reforms has considered as necessary to support the production of value-added construction materials in order to reduce the products' import. The cabinet meeting last Saturday approved a national programme on backing the productions of construction materials in a scope of the governmental goals within the 2012-2016 action programme. For the time being, Mongolia is importing some 60 per cent of construction materials, in 2010-2011, for example, it spent over half a bilion am.dollars for it. Thanks to the above programme, Mongolia will be able to satisfy more than 70 percent of its needs by 2016. B.Khuder
