Day of Shining Star to Be Celebrated in Libya

Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- A Libyan preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was formed on Jan. 29. The chairman of the Libya－DPRK Friendship Association was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events such as a film show on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. -0-
