DEPUTY PM WORKS IN AIMAGS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Prime Minister D.Terbishdagva and accompanying him Ch.Ulaan, the Finance Minister, and L.Tsog, the Vice Speaker, worked Wednesday in Bulgan and Orkhon aimags. They have got au fait with the wintering and learned problems facing the local people. At a meeting in Dashinchilen soum in Bulgan, its governor D.Erdenebat said 2.5 million heads of livestock are expected to overcome the winter. The situation has worsened in Teshig, Khutag-Ondor, Khangal, Gurvanbulag, Rashaant, Dashinchilen and Bayannuur soums, he added. Then the Deputy Premier spoke about the cabinet for reforms and its work, met with heads of the aimag's department of emergency, standardization and measurement and professional inspection. The Finance Minister met with the local financial experts and economists. The Deputy PM ordered to give two ambulance cars to some soums in Bulgan because of their shortage. Orkhon soum is located between Bulgan and Orkhon aimags. Depending on pasture lands, one part of this soum's people belong to Orkhon and another--to Bulgan aimag. The local people say that such a situation causes problems with public service. The governmental representatives have conveyed these problems to the related Ministries and agencies. B.Khuder
