"DIPLOMACY" BY KISSINGER TRANSLATED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An inauguration ceremony of a "Diplomacy" book by outstanding diplomat Henry Kissinger, a former U.S Secretary of State and Nobel Prize Laureate, took place Thursday in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The book is translated from English into Mongolian by a senior diplomat D.Chuluundorj. The Foreign Ministry has hosted the book presentation in frames of the 25th anniversary of the Mongolia-US diplomatic relations. Our relations and cooperation have transmitted into the comprehensive partnership level since the diplomatic relations were established in 1987, the Foreign Minister said, addressing the ceremony, and hoped that the ties will reach the strategic partnership level. He said the famous book of Mr Kissinger may be helpful for many researchers, diplomats and students. Diplomacy is not a science, it is an art, and the book tells about it, the U.S Ambassador to Mongolia Ms Piper Anne Wind Campbell pointed out. The book narrates about the diplomatic operations that took place in the last centuries and in the present time and gives many examples and experiences of its author in the biggest negotiations and conclusions, Chuluundorj said.
