Erdogan-Al Hakim meeting

ANKARA (A.A) - January 26, 2012 - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan conveyed the importance Turkey attached in unity and integrity of Iraq during his meeting with the head of Iraq's Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim in Ankara on Thursday. Noting that Iraq belonged to all Iraqis, Erdogan said that Turkey's contribution in Iraq's integrity would continue in the next period too. Erdogan and al-Hakim discussed the bilateral relations between Turkey and Iraq as well as the recent developments in the region. Al-Hakim told Erdogan that Iraq attached importance in relations with Turkey.
