Floral Baskets Laid at Statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il

Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- Floral baskets were sent to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill by the family of Kim Sun Ok who is related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, Giancarlo Elia Valori, president of the International Group of Italy, and Luis Emilio Veintimilla Ortega, secretary general of the Ecuadorian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Korea's liberation. They were laid before the statues on Friday. On the same day, Svetlana Odintzova, member of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation, sent a floral basket to the statues. -0-
