FM: Azerbaijan, Georgia play important geopolitical role in region

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 19 / Trend S. Agayeva / The Georgian-Azerbaijani relations have always been at a high level and this tradition will continue in the future, Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze said at a joint briefing with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku today. Georgian Foreign Minister has been on a visit to Baku since March 18. "We have discussed several bilateral and international issues," she said. "Azerbaijan and Georgia play an important geopolitical role in the region and have important projects aimed for the future."
