Foreign Minister of Canada to visit

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Mr John Baird will pay an official visit to Mongolia on this July 23-25. The cabinet Wednesday discussed draft directives the Mongolian side will adhere to during this visit and decided to have the Prime Minister approved them. This is the very first visit to Mongolia by a Foreign Minister of Canada. Canada’s FM will be received by the Premier N.Altankhuyag and a Vice Speaker and head of the Mongolia-Canada inter-parliamentary friendship group R.Gonchigdorj. Mr Baird and his Mongolian counterpart Mr L.Bold will run negotiations, then the high guest will meet with D.Gankhuyag, the Minister of Mining.
