G.UYANGA MP SUBMITS DRAFT LAW

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A member of parliament G.Uyanga Thursday submitted to the Parliament Speaker Z.Enkhbold a draft amendment to the law on the National Security Council (NSC). She worries that former high-level state servants have been acting as official and unofficial advisers to companies, especially to engaged in the mining, and wants the state to exploit knowledge, skills and experience of these people, to continue their works or activities. She has reflected in her draft that vacancies of advisers should be created at the NSC for these persons. As Ms Yuanga said, when serving as consultants ro domestic and foreign companies, both incumbent and former high state servants may become sources of the state or secret policies and information.
