Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 27 By Temkin Jafarov - Trend: Iran's embassy continues exerting efforts to free the country's citizen Hasan Faraji detained by the Azerbaijani law enforcement bodies, Iran's ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pakayin told media on Wednesday. According to Pakayin, the embassy's consul has already met with the detainee, while the embassy's lawyer is engaged in his case. The diplomat stressed that Faraji was engaged in trade in Azerbaijan. He was detained due to a misunderstanding and the efforts will be continued to release him. Faraji was arrested for suspicious behavior in front of the Israeli embassy in Azerbaijan on October 31.
