Iran-Azerbaijan FMs Urge Expansion Of Mutual Ties

Tehran, March 8, IRNA - Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi and his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov on Wednesday underlined the need for expansion of the two countries’ relations. Both sides also explored ways of removing obstacles impeding development of mutual cooperation and relations. The meeting was held on sidelines of the second tripartite meeting of Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan in Nakhichevan where they also exchanged views on establishing joint economic commission in the coming spring in order to regulate mutual ties. Salehi and Mammadyarov describing the tripartite meeting as 'fruitful' for the three countries./end
